COMMISSIONERS … The Fulton County Commissioners moved to approve the numerous measures before them during each of the meetings this past week. Each of the resolutions were read aloud before a vote took place.

The Fulton County Commissioners held two meetings this past week. The meetings were held on Tuesday, January 7th and Thursday, January 9th, with each meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m.
During each of these meetings commissioners moved to approve minutes from the prior meeting, as well as the current meeting’s agenda and payment of the bills.
The following items were either reviewed by commissioners or passed by resolution during these meetings.
January 7th
-Review Dog Warden reports for periods ending December 7th and December 14th.
-Review the Fulton County Engineer’s 2025 Holiday Schedule.
-Review the Fulton County Highway Department’s Holiday Schedule.
-Review the Recorder’s Notice of Duty to record Zoning Resolutions and Amendments.
-Review Engineer’s 2024 Bridge Inspection Report.
-Resolution 2025-003 Organize Board of Commissioners for 2025.
-Resolution 2025-004 Appoint Members to Various Boards and Committees for 2025.
-Resolution 2025-005 Establish 2025 Commissioners Meeting Schedule.
-Resolution 2025-006 Establish 2025 Holiday Schedule.
-Resolution 2025-007 Establish 2025 Mileage Reimbursement Rate.
-Resolution 2025-008 Designate 2025 Official Representative and Alternate for CCAO Membership Meetings.
-Resolution 2025-009 Approve Appropriations Requests for Various Departments.
-Resolution 2025-010 Accept Resignation of Maintenance Employee.
-Resolution 2025-011 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.
January 9th
-Review Treasurer to Auditor Balancing Report.
-Review Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources for December 31st, 2024.
-Review Certificate of Compliance for December 31st, 2024.
-Review Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources for January 2nd, 2025.
-Review Certificate of Non-Compliance for January 2nd, 2025.
-Review Dog Warden Report for periods ending December 21st, and December 28th.
-Resolution 2025-014 Approve Appropriations Requests for Various Departments.
– Resolution 2025-015 Approve Legal and Authorize Ad for Bridge TSR108.5 Replacement.
-Resolution 2025-016 Grant Extension of Time to File Plans for Ditch 2153- Clinton Twp.
-Resolution 2025-017 Approve Release of 2nd Half 2024 Domestic Violence Fees Collected.

-Resolution 2025-019 Approve Amendment #1 to Tax Incentive Agreement with Rama Tika Management.
-Resolution 2025-020 Enter Into Contract 2025-001 with Local Government Services LLC on Behalf of Auditor.
-Resolution 2025-021 Enter Into Agreement 2025-002 with Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments.
-Resolution 2025-022 Approve Oversight of Agreement 2025-003 with Fulton County Sheriff on Behalf of JFS.
-Resolution 2025-023 Approve Oversight of Agreement 2025-004 with Increased Behavior Alternative on Behalf of JFS.
-Resolution 2025-024 Approve Oversight of Agreement 2025-004 with A Place Called Home on Behalf of JFS.
-Resolution 2025-025 Approve Oversight of Agreement 2025-005 with Adriel School on Behalf of JFS.
-Resolution 2025-026 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.
Both meetings were adjourned following the approval of each of the resolutions listed.
