FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Letter Of Intent Executed For Solar Project Near Fayette

The Fulton County Commissioners held two meetings this past week on Tuesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 31st. During these meetings Commissioners approved minutes from the prior meetings, along with each day’s agenda.

A review was also conducted for the Dog Warden reports for periods ending October 12th and October 19th, as well as a review of a closure notice for the Municipal Courts. The following agenda items were also approved.

-Resolution 2024-815 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.


-Resolution 2024-816 Approve Personnel Request on Behalf of Senior Center.

-Resolution 2024-817 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

-Resolution 2024-818 Approve Payment Of Bills.


-Resolution 2024-821 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

-Resolution 2024-822 Approve Payment Request #5 to Contract 2024-67 with Gerken Paving for Asphalt Resurfacing.

-Resolution 2024-823 Execute Letter of Intent for Fulton County Solar Project, Ritter Station.

-Resolution 2024-824 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.


-Resolution 2024-825 Accept Resignation of Employee Compliance Specialist.
