Fulton County Grand Jury Indicts Eight Individuals

On February 13, 2017, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County Crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.

Jonathan J. Cade, age 30, of Pleasantville, NJ, was indicted on one count of Possession of Marihuana and one count of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about January 9, 2017, he allegedly possessed and transported marihuana for later sale.

Wesley A. Granger, age 33, of Delta, OH, was indicted on two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. On or about January 5, 2017, he allegedly operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Jerry L. St. Clair, Jr., age 25, of Olaton, KY, was indicted on seven counts of Nonsupport of Dependents. On or about March 1, 2013, to August 20, 2016, he allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $10,202.92.


Randy E. Ames, age 62, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted in one count of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. On or about January 24, 2017, he allegedly had a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle he operated while under the influence of alcohol.

Jensine M. Deanda, age 29, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft From a Person in a Protected Class, one count of Theft, and one count of Forgery. On or about December 13, 2016, to December 19, 2016, she allegedly stole cash and a blank check from an elderly person, and allegedly forged a check.

Robert C. Stuart, age 40, of Delta, OH, was indicted on ten counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in a Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance and ten counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor. On or about November 9, 2012, to November 9, 2016, he allegedly possessed or viewed materials showing minors in a state of nudity and minors participating or engaging in sexual activity or masturbation.


Christopher M. Merrill, age 41, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about June 9, 2016 to September 12, 2016, he allegedly stole cash valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

Blake A. O’Brien, age 49, of Delta, OH, was indicted on two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. On or about February 4, 2017, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
