Fulton County Grand Jury Indicts Four Individuals In December

On December 19, 2016, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.

Vincent R. Dombrowski, age 25, of Montgomery, MI, was indicted on one count of Robbery. On or about November 21, 2016, he allegedly used or threatened to use of force against another while allegedly committing a theft offense.

Jacob J. Maberson, age 21, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Attempted Tampering with Evidence. On or about September 3, 2016, he allegedly possessed cocaine and allegedly attempted to tamper with evidence in an official proceeding or investigation.

Kevin L. Demeter, age 30, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Domestic Violence. On or about December 14, 2016 and December 15, 2016, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member, having previously been convicted of Domestic Violence.


Ferney O. Uribes, age 18, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Rape. On or about December 9, 2016, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another by allegedly compelling that person to submit by force or threat of force.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
