PRESS RELEASE – On December 16, 2024, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Among those indicted were six individuals, including one juvenile, on multiple felony charges related to a robbery at a car dealership in Archbold in November.
-JAMARION T. LEWIS, age 17, of Phoenix, AZ, was indicted on two counts of Conspiracy, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, and one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.
On or about November 27, 2024, he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Robbery, plan or aid in planning the commission of the specified offense with another person or persons; he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Robbery, agree with another person or persons, that one or more of them would engage in conduct that would facilitate the commission of Robbery; he allegedly did possess or have under the person’s control any substance, device, instrument, or article, with purpose to use it criminally; and he allegedly did knowingly transport or have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle In such a manner that the firearm is accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle. 24CR174.
-ROBERT J. FREIBURGER, II, age 48, of Oxford, MI, was indicted on four counts of Conspiracy, one count of Aggravated Robbery, one count of Robbery, one count of Attempted Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, three counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, three counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, and four counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability.
On or about November 27, 2024, he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, plan or aid in planning the commission of the specified offense with another person or persons; he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, agree with another person or persons, that one or more of them would engage in conduct that would facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery; he allegedly did, in attempting or committing a theft offense, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense upon Victim 1 did have a deadly weapon, on or about his person or under his control and either displayed the weapon, brandished it, indicated that he possessed it, or used it; he allegedly did attempt to steal a motor vehicle; he allegedly stole a firearm; he allegedly did possess or have under the person’s control any substance, device, instrument, or article, with purpose to use it criminally; he allegedly did knowingly carry or have concealed on his person or concealed ready at hand a handgun other than a dangerous ordnance; he allegedly did knowingly transport or have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle in such a manner that the firearm is accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle; and he allegedly did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use a firearm or dangerous ordnance when he had a drug dependency, was in danger of drug dependence, or had chronic alcoholism. 24CR167.
-ROBERT L. FREIBURGER, III, age 18, of Oxford, MI, was indicted on four counts of Conspiracy, one count of Aggravated Robbery, one count of Robbery, one count of Attempted Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, three counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and four counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.

-KEMONIE J. WILLIAMS, age 27, of Highland Park, MI, was indicted on four counts of Conspiracy, one count of Aggravated Robbery, one count of Robbery, one count of Attempted Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, three counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, three counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, and four counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability.
On or about November 27, 2024, he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, plan or aid in planning the commission of the specified offense with another person or persons; he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, agree with another person or persons, that one or more of them would engage in conduct that would facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery; he allegedly did, in attempting or committing a theft offense, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense upon Victim 1 did have a deadly weapon, on or about his person or under his control and either displayed the weapon, brandished it, indicated that he possessed it, or used It; he allegedly did attempt to steal a motor vehicle; he allegedly stole a firearm; he allegedly did possess or have under the person’s control any substance, device, instrument, or article, with purpose to use it criminally; he allegedly did knowingly carry or have concealed on his person or concealed ready at hand a handgun other than a dangerous ordnance; he allegedly did knowingly transport or have a loaded firearm In a motor vehicle in such a manner that the firearm is accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle; and he allegedly did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use a firearm or dangerous ordnance when he was a fugitive from justice. 24CR169.
-ROBERT A. ADAMS JR., age 20, of Roseville, MI, was Indicted on four counts of Conspiracy, one count of Aggravated Robbery, one count of Robbery, one count of Attempted Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, three counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and three counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.
On or about November 27, 2024, he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, plan or aid In planning the commission of the specified offense with another person or persons; he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, agree with another person or persons, that one or more of them would engage in conduct that would facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery; he allegedly did, in attempting or committing a theft offense, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense upon Victim 1 did have a deadly weapon, on or about his person or under his control and either displayed the weapon, brandished it, indicated that he possessed it, or used it; he allegedly did attempt to steal a motor vehicle; he allegedly stole a firearm; he allegedly did possess or have under the person’s control any substance, device, instrument, or article, with purpose to use it criminally; he allegedly did knowingly carry or have concealed on his person or concealed ready at. hand a handgun other than a dangerous ordnance; he allegedly did knowingly transport or have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle in such a manner that the firearm is accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle. 24CR168.
-JOSEPH R. STRZELECKI, age 19, of Oxford, MI, was indicted on four counts of Conspiracy, one count of Aggravated Robbery, one count of Robbery, one count of Attempted Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, three counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, three counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, and four counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability.
On or about November 27, 2024, he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, plan or aid in planning the commission of the specified offense with another person or persons; he allegedly did, with purpose to commit or promote or facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery, agree with another person or persons, that one or more of them would engage in conduct that would facilitate the commission of Aggravated Robbery; he allegedly did, in attempting or committing a theft offense, or in fleeing immediately after the attempt or offense upon Victim 1 did have a deadly weapon, on or about his person or under his control and either displayed the weapon, brandished it, indicated that he possessed it, or used it; he allegedly did attempt to steal a motor vehicle; he allegedly stole a firearm; he allegedly did possess or have under the person’s control any substance, device, instrument, or article, with purpose to use it criminally; he allegedly did knowingly carry or have concealed on his person or concealed ready at hand a handgun other than a dangerous ordnance; he allegedly did knowingly transport or have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle in such a manner that the firearm is accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle; and he allegedly did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use a firearm or dangerous ordnance when he had a drug dependency, was in danger of drug dependence, or had chronic alcoholism. 24CR171.
Other individuals indicted included:
-VENISHA L. ELAM, age 46, of Eastpointe, MI, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about July 26, 2024, through September 7, 2024, she allegedly stole airpods from another by deception. 24CR177.
-MACHELLE RAMIREZ, age 57, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear as Required by Recognizance.
On or about November 22, 2024, she allegedly did fail to appear for a Sentencing Hearing as required, after having been released on her own recognizance in connection to a felony offense. 24CR179.
-PHILLIP T. WHITESIDE, Jr., age 42, of Fayette, OH, was Indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about November 28, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 24CR170.
-JONATHAN R. HARRISON, age 39, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear as Required by Recognizance.
On or about December 5, 2024, he allegedly did fail to appear for a Bond Hearing as required, after having been released on his own recognizance in connection to a felony offense. 24CR181.
-WESLEY J. DERBY, age 30, of Morenci, MI, was indicted on one count of Attempted Trespass in a Habitation when a Person is Present or Likely to be Present.
On or about December 4, 2024, he allegedly did by force, stealth 0r deception attempt to trespass in a permanent or temporary habitation of any person when any person other than an accomplice of the offender was present or likely to be present. 24CR172.
-JESSE M. GARCIA, age 24, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Strangulation, one count of Felonious Assault, and one count of Assault.
On or about September 28, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause serious physical harm and create a substantial risk of serious physical harm to another by means of strangulation or suffocation. 24CR178.
-RONALD J. STULTZ, age 62, of Swanton, DH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability.
On or about November 25, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly obtain, possess, or use Cocaine; and he allegedly did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use a firearm or dangerous ordnance when he had a drug dependency, was in danger of drug dependence, or had chronic alcoholism. 24CR176.
-JAYMIE A. FRENCH, age 34, of Bryan, OH, was indicted on two counts of Receiving Stolen Property. On or about November 1, 2024, he allegedly did receive, retain, or dispose of the property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property had been obtained through commission of a theft offense and the property involved were motor vehicle identification license plates. 24CRI75.
-JEROD R. YEDICA, age 35, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about October 8, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly obtain, possess, or use Methamphetamine. 24CR180.
-EDUARDO LARA, JR., age 52, of Archbold, OH, was Indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about December 8, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 24CR173.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
