On April 17, 2017, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.
Steven J. Vasvery, age 58, of Napoleon, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about March 19, 2017, he allegedly possessed Oxycodone.
Reginald P. Roehm, II, age 29, of Swanton, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about March 22, 2017, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.
Steven A. Rochefort, age 27, of Wauseon, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs and one count of Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana. On or about August 16, 2016, he allegedly cultivated marijuana and allegedly manufactured or engaged in the production of THC.
Angela M. Mossing, age 35 of Lyons, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about August 3, 2016, she allegedly possessed heroin.
Aaron J. Buckenmeyer, age 32, of Swanton, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about March 24, 2017, he allegedly possessed heroin.
Wayne P. Woodring, age 74, of Delta, Ohio was indicted on one count of Assault. On or about March 11, 2017, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a peace officer while in the performance of his official duties.
Joseph D. Savage, age 34, of Delta, Ohio was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about September 29, 2016, he allegedly possessed Fentanyl and heroin.
Chester C. Allen, age 64 of Delta, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Assault. On or about February 10, 2017, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a peace officer while in the performance of his official duties.
Joshua M. Ruffer, age 27, of West Unity, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. On or about April 3, 2017, he allegedly possessed a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle.
Joshua D. Ball, age 37, of Archbold, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Assault. On or about April 3, 2017, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a peace officer while in the performance of his official duties.
Zachary E. Young, age 29, of Archbold, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and one count of Aggravated Vehicular Assault. On or about February 12, 2017, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and allegedly caused serious physical harm to another while operating a motor vehicle.
Andrew J. Ritter, 28, of Swanton, Ohio was indicted on two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. On or about March 30, 2017, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
James B. Sattler, age 58, of Lyons, Ohio as indicted on ten counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in a Nudity-Oriented Material Performance and ten counts of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor. On or about October 25, 2016, he allegedly possessed or viewed materials or performance that showed a minor in a state of nudity.
Maria E. Dewitt, age 33, of Wauseon, Ohio was indicted on one count of Theft and one count of Theft of Drugs. On or about February 25, 2017, she allegedly stole cash and jewelry valued at less than $1000 but more than $750, and allegedly stole a dangerous drug.
James C. Ramey, age 27, of Toledo, Ohio was indicted on twenty-two charges related to the death of Amanda Mangas and the kidnappings of Winston Ramey and Deborah Mangas. Please see the related article for more information.
Justin J. Roth, age 33, of Archbold, Ohio was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Trafficking in Heroin. On or about March 26, 2017, he allegedly possessed heroin and methamphetamine. He allegedly transported heroin that was intended for sale or resale.
Avante S. Koonce, age 24, of Delta, Ohio was indicted on one count of Failure to Provide Notice of a Change of Address. On or about February 23, 2016 to February 13, 2017, he allegedly failed to provide written notice of his residence address change to the county sheriff within the required time period.
Ryder E. Sommers, age 21, of Fayette, Ohio, was indicted on one count of Sexual Battery. On or about the month of September 2016, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a minor for whom he as a coach.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
