WEST UNITY – The Locos used a 13-2 second quarter to pull away for a 52-30 win over the defending BBC champs.
Montpelier drilled eight triples led by four from Jada Uribes as she scored a game-high 21 points and Aleigha Hillard added 10. Libbie Baker fronted Hilltop with 15.
