Gladys I. Brown, age 103, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at Genesis Health Care in Bryan. Along with her husband, Clifton, they had farmed for many years.
Gladys was born in Williams, County, Ohio on December 10, 1912, the daughter of Thomas and Martha (Siler) Cox. On May 20, 1933 she married Clifton Brown, and he preceded her in death in 2010. She was a member of the Evansport United Methodist Church.
Surviving is one son, Ray (Rita) Brown of Evansport; one daughter, Betty (Jim) Breier of Elmore, Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter, June Schultz, one great-grandson, four brothers, and one sister.
