Hands of Grace Faith in Action is a private, nonprofit ministry that has been meeting the needs of the elderly and disabled in Fulton County since 1997. We couldn’t continue this local mission without YOU! Your generosity and support has allowed us to continue to meet the needs that may otherwise go unmet. Bring your friends and enjoy homemade soups and salads (and desserts too!) and get some Christmas shopping started, all in one place!
