(PRESS RELEASE) – The Henry County Grand Jury convened to consider indictments charging individuals with Henry County crimes, according to the Henry County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Those indicted were:
-ANDREW S. KODER, age 34, of Napoleon, was indicted on four counts of Gross Sexual Imposition and four counts of Rape.
-COURTNEY E. PATTON, age 27, of Harrod, was indicted on two counts of Theft from a Person in a Protected Class.
-DUSTIN A. PATRY, age 40, of Deshler, was indicted on one count of Disrupting Public Services, one count of Domestic Violence, and one count of Felonious Assault.
-CHAZ JULIUS SWEENEYHAGEN, age 33, of Defiance, was indicted on three counts of Violating a Protection Order.
-REGINA ANN RUPLY, age 39, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Misdemeanor Theft, one count of Criminal Trespass, and one count of Burglary.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
