Henry County Grand Jury Returns 18 Indictments, Including Murder Charges In 1992 Hotel Fire Case

(PRESS RELEASE) – The Henry County Grand Jury convened recently to consider indictments charging individuals with Henry County crimes, according to the Henry County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Those indicted were:

-CHRISTIAN J. SNOW, age 28, of Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, was indicted on one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability.

-JERRY D. ROOF, age 56, of Deshler, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-MICHAEL B. McMONIGAL, age 44, of Continental, was indicted on one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs with a firearm specification, and one count of Driving Under Suspension or in Violation of License Restriction.

-MATTHEW T. KIESSLING, age 36, of Defiance, was indicted on one count of Attempted Trespass in a Habitation when a Person Is Present or Likely to be Present and one count of Trespass in a Habitation when a Person Is Present or Likely to be Present.

-EFRAIN MARTINEZ, age 23, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, two counts of OVI, and one count of Operation in Willful and Wanton Disregard of the Safety of Persons or Property.

-MARKO ILIC, age 45, of Woodside, NY, was indicted on one count of Assault.

-EDWARD M. RASH, age 25, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Felony Assault, two counts of Assault, one count of Vandalism, and one count of Possessing Criminal Tools.

-ROSEANNE PEDRAZA, age 48, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence.

-ALAN R. MORGAN, age 30, of Liberty Center, was indicted on four counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor or Impaired Person with a specification for forfeiture of property.

-JOHN BOX, age 54, of Liberty Center, was indicted on one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability.

-MARY A. ADKINS, age 61, of Bryan, was indicted on one count of Grand Theft.

-BRANDY ADAMS, age 39, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Grand Theft.

-STEPHANIE HARPER, age 45, of McClure, was indicted on one count of Grand Theft.

-BRANDON L. FARLEY, age 32, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence.

-EARNEST C. FERGUSON, age 40, of Defiance, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.

-TRISHA L. HERNANDEZ, age 46, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Permitting Drug Abuse with a specification for forfeiture of an auto and property.

-JEREMY WADE VOLD, age 52, of Napoleon, was indicted on one count of Permitting Drug Abuse.

-WILLIAM F. MOHR, age 65, of Edwardsville, IL, was indicted on three counts of Aggravated Murder and three counts of Murder.
