PIONEER – Sam Wheeler went 3-4 with three RBIs and Zach Hayes had three doubles and drove in two runs for the Eagles in a 15-0 BBC win.

Hayes picked up the win on the mound for North Central allowing just one hit and striking out eight Blackbirds over five innings.

SYLVANIA – Evergreen took an early 1-0 lead, but Northview responded with three runs in the second and held on for a 4-3 win. RJ Shunck led the Evergreen offense by going 2-3 with a run knocked in.

HOLGATE -The Tigers first BBC game was a successful one as they took advantage of eight fielding errors by Fayette to pull away for a 10-1 win.

Owen Leaders and Isaac DeLong led the Holgate hitting attack with two each with Leaders also driving in two runs.

Ryan Marks gave the Indians a 2-0 lead in the first inning on a two-run single following a walk by Jude Armstrong and a double by Eli Delgado to start the game.

PIONEER – The Eagles stormed back from a 5-0 deficit including five runs in the sixth inning to take the lead as they knocked off the Blackbirds 9-7.

Makinzy King led North Central at the plate with a three-hit day and Pettisville pitcher Liz Rochefort had a single and three runs batted in for the Blackbirds.
