GIRLS BOWLING

Wauseon 2,467 Delta 1,984

SWANTON – Kymberlee Yocom registered games of 210 and 231 as the Indians remained alone on top of the NWOAL with a 2,467-1,984 win.

Wauseon’s Danielle Carr also put together games of over 200 with a 205 and 222 for a 427.

Ciarra Flickinger topped the Panthers attack with games of 225 and 194 for a 419 series in the loss.

At Swanton Sports Center

BRYAN – Dakota Brandeberry fired games of 214 and 227 for a 441 to carry Bryan past Swanton 2,302-1,963.

Conner Williams scored a 422 series after rolling a 214 and 208 for Swanton.

SWANTON – Delta led the first-place Indians 1,673-1,671 going to Baker play where the Indians recovered after dropping the first game (166-147) to win the second game (265-176) to pull out the win.

Parker Black led a balanced effort by Wauseon with a 371 (199-172), Kage Little tallied a 369 (181-188), and Ryan Marks had a 355 (178-177).

Brody Waugh threw the high series for the Panthers (371) and Dylan Stricker recorded the high game (211).

DESHLER – Seth Hathaway fired a 216 in game one and Josh Hoops added a 208 as the Patriots took an 879-780 lead following game one en route to a win over Vikings.

Thomas Baker fronted Evergreen with a 357 (172-185) and Michael Laver had a 340, including a 202 in game one.

WAUSEON – The Indians jumped out a 17-9 lead after one quarter and 31-13 at halftime to get the non-conference win.

Mackenzie Stasa paced Wauseon (10-9) with 14 points and Sophie Rupp hit two first half triples to finish with nine.
