MONTPELIER – Brooke Funk got her first win as Lady Locos head coach as Montpelier beat Fayette in straight sets.

Kelsie Bumb was the catalyst for Montpelier with 10 digs, 6 aces, 7 kills, and 15 assists. Hannah Towns-Hall went 20/25 hitting and added 10 digs for Fayette.

PETTISVILLE – The Blackbirds bounced back from their first loss of the season by defeating Edon in a nonconference BBC contest.

Alli King went 25/26 serving and added 20 assists with 8 digs. Emma Hickman paced the Bombers with 13 digs and 16 assists.

WEST UNITY – Hilltop upped their record to 7-1 after their win over Wauseon in three sets.Jayma Bailey had 13 digs for Hilltop, Joscelyn Layman had 24 assists, and Gabby Rodriguez added 10 digs and slammed home 12 kills on 28/31 hitting.

Addy Case was 84/88 on the night setting with 22 assists and Hayley Meyer went 19/20 hitting with nine kills for the Indians.

Wauseon freshman Carter Stuckey joined the Archbold duo as medalist with a 37 and Jackson Gleckler had 38.
