HOMECOMING ROYALTY … Brianna Bell has been elected to the 2023 Homecoming Court at Baldwin Wallace University. Brianna is a 2020 graduate of Hilltop High School, and she served as the 2020 and 2021 Miss Williams County. Royalty will be crowned September 30, 2023.
