The Holiday City Village Council met on Thursday, April 16, 2026, to conduct routine business and hear department updates.

Mayor Pamela Clark and Council members Cooper Clark, Shawn Clark, Jodie Faunce, Ryan Henricks, Adam Knepper, and Brooke Knepper were in attendance.

Council first moved to approve the minutes from the March 19, 2026, meeting.

Under new business, Council approved one resolution. It passed the annual contract for the Circuit Rider Program with American Municipal Power (AMP) for electric services. Administrator Blair Campbell noted that while the cost has increased slightly, the agreement has stayed the same since the year prior.

Fiscal Officer Lauri TenEyck-Rupp presented the March financial report and noted ongoing issues with online invoicing.

Administrator Campbell provided several updates, including continued siren testing. He also shared that Four Seasons will be installing a new business sign after receiving approval from Council.

“They tested the batteries at the substation, the batteries and the battery charger, and all tests performed were satisfactory,” stated Campbell. The substation will not need replacement batteries and will continue to remain fully functional.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
