Montpelier 55 Edon 27

Montpelier improved to 8-1 overall and 4-0 in the BBC after cruising past Edon 55-27. Ariel Page led four Locos in double figures with 17 points, Jessi Bumb had 11, while Chelsea McCord and Trinity Richmire each added 10. Edon (1-5, 0-2) was led by Breanna Heinze with eight points.

Delta 54 Stryker 28

Delta took control early by grabbing a 15-1 lead after one quarter as they rolled to a 54-28 victory at Stryker. Brooklyn Green had 15 and Braelyn Wymer added to to pace Delta, who is now 8-3 on the year. Stryker was paced by Sage Woolace and Kiah Patterson with nine points each.

North Central 49 Cardinal Stritch 36

The Lady Eagles moved their record to 3-4 on the season after a 49-36 win over the visitors from Cardinal Stritch. Madison Brown led the North Central attack with 17 points and Kendal Bonney added 15.

Wauseon 57 Defiance 45

Wauseon led 42-26 after three quarters and closed out the game by going 11/16 at the foul line in the fourth quarter. Connar Penrod led the way for the Indians (9-1) with a game-high 21 points and Isaac Wilson added 14.

Montpelier 71 Hamilton (IN) 22

Thomas Jay help Montpelier get off to a fast start with eight points in the opening quarter as the Locos led 21-2 after the first quarter. Montpelier (6-1) put 10 different players in the scoring column topped by Garrett Walz with 14, Tylor Yahraus had 12, and Jay finished with 10 points.

Bowling Green 37 Bryan 35

The Golden Bears missed some free throws down the stretch as Bowling Green escaped with a 37-35 road win. Titus Rohrer paced the scoring for Bryan (2-8) with 16 points on the day and AJ Martinez knocked down three triples and had 13 points.

Edon 46 Fayette 29

Edon, playing just their third game of the season, outscored Fayette 21-7 in the second half to pull away for the BBC win. Drew Gallehue had 13 for Edon (2-1, 2-0 in BBC) followed by 11 points from Destin McCartney and Jack Berry added 10. Phillip Whiteside topped the Eagles (3-3, 2-3) with 11 points.

Archbold 51 Hicksville 49 (OT)

Noah Gomez hit a jumper at the buzzer to lift Archbold to 51-49 win in overtime. Ashton Kammeyer was high scorer for the Bluestreaks (7-3) with 19 points while Alex Roth had 17.

Pettisville 50 Edgerton 27

Cayden Jacoby and Max Leppelmeier combined for 21 of Pettisville’s 31 first half points as the Blackbirds captured a 50-27 win at home. Jacoby ended the game with 20 points, 11 rebounds and Leppelmeier had 17 points, three assists for Pettisville (6-1). Corey Everetts had six points for the Bulldogs (2-3).
