Local College Students Celebrated For Recent Academic Achievement

Spring Arbor University
Shea Livensparger of Montpelier, an elementary education major, has been named to the Spring Arbor University fall 2016 dean’s list. Shea is the daughter of Bill and Kelly Livensparger.

Ashland University
Nicole Borton of West Unity, OH, received a Master of Education degree during Ashland University’s commencement ceremonies on Saturday, December 17.
Borton majored in Curriculum and Instruction: Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century.

Chase Brock of Wauseon, OH, is a member of Ashland University’s varsity men’s basketball team.
Brock is majoring in sport management.
Brock is a 2016 graduate of Wauseon High School. Brock, a freshman, is a forward for the Eagles.

Miami University
Miami University student Donald Hayati spent the summer 2016 semester in Nicaragua as part of a study abroad group. Hayati, from Wauseon, Ohio, is majoring in Biology.

Graceland University
The honor roll lists for Graceland University’s 2016 fall term have been announced, and David Williams of Wauseon, OH, has been named to the President’s List.
Graceland University students with a perfect 4.0 grade point average are named to the president’s list. Congratulations, David! Graceland commends you on your academic success.
