During an awards ceremony on Saturday, January 30th Charles Vanderhorst II of Pioneer Cub Scout Pack 13 was surprised to learn that with a grand total of $ 3,602 in Sales he had sold the more popcorn than any other scout in the Black Swamp Area Council’s( serving 13 counties in northwest Ohio) annual fundraising efforts.
