Local Mayors Issue Proclamations In Recognition Of Career & Technical Education Month

Local Mayors from the four county area issued a Proclamation designating February 1-28, 2021 as Career and Technical Education Month and recognizing that career and technical education offers students the opportunity to gain the academic, technical and employability skills necessary for true career readiness.

Mayors urged all citizens to become familiar with the services and benefits offered at Four County Career Center and the school’s career and technical education programs in the community and to support and participate in these programs to enhance individual skills and productivity.

FAYETTE PROCLAMATION … Shown with the Career and Technical Education Month Proclamation signed by the Village of Fayette Mayor, David Borer, are Four County Career Center students from Fayette, Lilly Stoykoff (Cosmetology); and Kellie Henry (Visual Art & Design).


HOLIDAY CITY PROCLAMATION … Shown with the Career and Technical Education Month Proclamation signed by the Holiday City Mayor, Pam Clark, is Four County Career Center student from Holiday City, Holly Jermeay (Health Careers).

MONTPELIER PROCLAMATION … Shown with the Career and Technical Education Month Proclamation signed by the Village of Montpelier Mayor, Steven Yagelski, are Four County Career Center students from Montpelier, Garrett Alpaugh (Culinary Arts Management); and Khegunn Flint (Law Enforcement & Security Tactics).
