Marilyn K. Partee

Marilyn K. Partee, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Mercy Defiance Hospital. Prior to retirement she had worked at Defiance County Job and Family Services for 27 years.

Marilyn was born in Wauseon on November 16, 1953, the daughter of Merle and Orma Lee (Schlosser) Koeppe. In 1982 she married Gary Partee and he preceded her in death in 2005.

Surviving are two sons, Cory Salisbury of Evansport, Casey (Kit) Salisbury of Evansport; one daughter, Codi Partee of Evansport; grandchildren, Jarren and Vaughn Salisbury; father, Merle Koeppe of Evansport; two sisters, Sue Speiser of Evansport, Lora Koeppe of Evansport; brother, Craig (Deb) Koeppe of Archbold; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; son, Curtice Partee; and mother Orma Lee Koeppe.

Visitation for Marilyn will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Grisier Funeral Home in Stryker, where the funeral will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, with Pastor Becky Ploughe, officiating. Interment will follow in the Evansport Cemetery.


The family requests that memorial contributions be given to family choice. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com
