Martha E. Mansfield

Martha E. MansfieldMartha E. Mansfield, age 71, of Wauseon, passed away Saturday morning, April 30, 2016 at Swanton Valley Care Center. She was born in Toledo on August 19, 1944 to the late Raymond Cully and Hazel (Gill) Cully and later grew up in Alvordton, OH with her sisters.

Martha retired from the Campbell Soup Company in 2004 after 25 years of service. She was a past member of the Wildwood Bowmen Club in Delta. Some of Martha’s fondest hobbies included motorcycle and snowmobile riding, camping, crocheting and most of all spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.

Martha is survived by her children, Mickey (Randy) Volkman of Delta, Marjie Maze of Wauseon, Wendy Griffin of Delta, James Griffin of Delta and Michael (Brandy) Mansfield of Defiance; sisters, Linda Rogers of North Carolina and Donna Cully of West Unity; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Cully and daughter-in-law, Carie Griffin.

In accordance to her wishes, no services will be held at this time. Private interment will be at Pleasantview Union Cemetery in Fayette. Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109 in Delta has been entrusted with arrangements.


In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer Association, 2500 N. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, Ohio 43615 or Heartland Hospice, 28555 Starbright Blvd, Suite E, Perrysburg, OH 43551 in Martha’s memory.
