Montpelier Seventh Graders Fall Short Against Wauseon

September 20, 2014Updated:December 31, 2020No Comments1 Min Read

(September 11th, 2014)-MONTPELIER: The Lady Indians Junior High incarnation made the trip to Montpelier to take on the Lady Locomotives in NWOAL play. The visiting girls of Wauseon proved to be too much for the Locos, taking down the home team in straight sets.

Game 1 was a dogfight, with both sides playing exceptionally well. One side had to lose, however, and Montpelier lost the set late, 22-25. The Indians capitalized on the momentum from the first game, winning the second set 25-14.
