NEW BREWERY … A design was provided to The Village Reporter showing what the locations signage will look like.

A new brewery will soon be calling Swanton home. Located across from the Mail Pouch in the same plaza as Twisted Nutrition and others, the location is primed to ready customers in once it opens.

Currently, plans are to open the doors sometime in May or June with numerous kinds of beverages being available.

Owners Dale Black and Keith Baker are hoping to have a “baker’s dozen” for its beer selection. Thirteen different kinds of beers that is, along with other kinds of ciders and mead.

The location will also be home to live music and wall art. No food will be provided on location so outside food will be welcomed as well as pets.

“We are looking forward to offering rare beers, cellared beers, barrel aged beers and unique festival opportunities.”

“We are also working on teaming up with a local roaster in Swanton to create a coffee blonde with chocolate and vanilla,” said Dale Black.

The owners are also hoping to partner with Lourdes University for students to come over for learning opportunities in their soon to be state of the art brewery.
