She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters and a daughter, Janice LorraineCasper.

Visitation for Norma will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Thompson-Geesey Funeral Home on Empire Street in Montpelier. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev David Tilly to officiate. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
