The North Central Local Board of Education held a special meeting on the morning of June 2nd, convening at 8:00 a.m. in the Eagle Room.

This meeting was introduced following a formal notice issued on May 29th. Board President Kati Burt called the meeting to order, with members John Huffman, Chuck Haynes, and Tim Livengood in attendance. Member Dustin Meyers was absent.

The meeting began with a motion by Haynes, seconded by Huffman, to table the approval of the May 20th work sessions and regular meeting minutes. This motion was passed with all members voting in favor.

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 3307.353, the board issued public notice regarding the re-employment consideration of Geoffrey Gilmore, who currently serves as a Junior High/High School Math Instructor within the district. No members of the public were present to offer comments on the matter.

The meeting concluded shortly thereafter, with a motion to adjourn made by Huffman, seconded by Haynes. The board officially adjourned at 8:04 a.m., with all members voting aye.
