The Northwest Ohio Rug Hookrafters Guild held its March meeting at the Stryker library. There were 15 members present.
The meeting was hosted by Susan Pasterz and Pam Sanford. The hostesses created a wool bunny on a bed spring and felted wool embroidered eggs as their centerpiece. Hopefully these two projects will be taught at an upcoming meeting. Eilene Eis and Liz Eberle also shared pendants made of coiled felted wool strips. They will share their process at the June meeting.

The Oct. 5 Anniversary Show will be held at the Weslyan United Methodist Church, Bryan. Show information will also appear in upcoming issues of “Rug Hooking Magazine”. Hooking aprons with the guild logo will be available for viewing and ordering at the April meeting. The May guild meeting will be held at Sullivan’s restaurant in Wauseon. A list of hooking dates for working on the Sauder guild rug will be e-mailed to members.

The meeting concluded with refreshments and hooking. The next meeting will be held on April 3 at the Stryker library. Hooking on the guild rug will begin at 5PM and the meeting at 6PM. For more information contact Julie Kilinger, 419-551-1033.
