(Archbold High School Graduate)

Patricia Kay Yoder, age 82, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2026, following a courageous battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).

Pat was born on August 12, 1943, to Earl and Isabel Leu. She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Archbold High School.

She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of 19 and on June 12, 1965, she married Max E. Yoder. He preceded her in death in 2020.

Together, Pat and Max raised two children, Bob (Peg) Yoder, of Ridgeville Corners and Tricia (Moses) Rodriguez, of Archbold.
As a long-time member of Archbold Evangelical Church, Pat served her church family in numerous roles over the years.

Pat also served her community in various positions throughout her life. As president of the Fulton County Republican Women, she had the privilege of introducing George W. Bush prior to his candidacy.

During her years of employment, Pat held office positions for several companies. Tagged as the ‘Voice of Sauder’, Pat joyfully greeted others in her role as switchboard operator and receptionist at Sauder Woodworking until her retirement.

In response to health challenges, and with grace and gratitude, she relocated to Fairlawn Haven in 2023. Pat will be remembered for her love of family and for the positive attitude she faithfully demonstrated.

Pat is survived by her children Bob (Peg) Yoder and Tricia (Moses) Rodriguez; nine grandchildren, Haley (Galy) Civil, Chelsey (Melshi) Miclisse, Alex Yoder, Isaac Yoder, Chase Yoder, Drew (Kate) Yoder, Nic Rodriguez, Naomi (Gabe) Petersen and Natalie Rodriguez; one great-grandchild, Jude, and another great-grandchild on the way.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers Ronald and Robert (Buggs) Leu.

Visitation will be held at Archbold Evangelical Church on Thursday, March 19 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the atrium. A celebration of life service will take place at 2 p.m. in the worship center. Burial to follow at Archbold Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to CHP Archbold or Gideons International. www.ShortFuneralHome.com.
