September 6th-TIFFIN: With 289 boys and 331 girls ready to race, the Tiffin Cross County Carnival was nothing less than daunting. Pettisville runners, boy and girl alike, showed no fear, however.
Elizabeth Sauder was the first Blackbird girl to finish the race, taking twenty-sixth place at 20:13. Alexa Leppelmeier claimed thirty-seventh place, running the race in 20:37. Nichole Foor ran a 21:32 for Pettisville as well.
Kyle Lantz was the leader for the Pettisville boys, running a 16:31, giving him seventeenth place. Jacob Huater took fifty-sixth place, clocking in at 17:23. Ben Gray ran a 19:12.
