(October 7th, 2014): Going up against the Lady Bombers of Edon, Pettisville’s Junior High squads continued their Buckeye Border Conference hot streak.
In the Seventh Grade match, game 1 was a tight affair. The Lady Blackbirds took the set 25-21. Game 2 belonged to Pettisville as well, with the Blackbirds earning a 25-14 victory to claim the match.
For the Eighth Graders, Pettisville controlled the match. Pulling away from Edon late into game 1, the Lady Blackbirds claimed the set 25-18. With momentum on their side, the girls from Pettisville used it to procure a 25-13 win to take down the match.
