(October 2nd, 2014): Having already defeated them earlier in the season, Pettisville again took on the Warriors of Emmanuel Christian in junior high soccer action. Much like their previous meeting, the Blackbirds came away with a victory in convincing fashion, winning the match 7-0.

The first goal of the offensive barrage came in the eleventh minute, when Detric Yoder put the ball behind the Warrior Keeper. It was the second half where the Blackbirds really found their rhythm, however. Yoder scored another goal early in the second period, then passed the ball to Felipe Chavez to secure an assist as his teammate put the ball through the net. Mitchell Avina contributed 2 goals as well, while Peyton Miller and Brett Coopshaw also made goals in the victory effort.

Pettisville will finish their season on October 6, when the take to the road to play Maumee Valley Country Day.
