The Pioneer Village Market, located at 201 South State Street in Pioneer, has received an offer from another company to purchase the building.
The market, which is owned by Saneholtz-McKarns Inc, is a small-town full-service grocery store. The store features most everything you would imagine when thinking of a grocery store.
The parent company has owned the location for more than 15 years but is currently deciding whether or not the location will be sold.
A representative for the company stated a final decision has not yet been made, but that more information on that possibility should be finalized by the end of next week.
