SHERIFF
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a High Visibility Blitz, which started on April 7th, 2014 and will end on April 13th, 2014. Deputies will be working this Blitz at various times of the stated dates in Fulton County. The Sheriff’s Office will be primarily looking for speed violators and occupants not wearing their seatbelts during this blitz. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. This Blitz is being funded by a grant that was awarded to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The grant pays for extra patrol to enforce traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists on roadways in areas that are prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.
