BRYAN POLICE
On Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 2:45 AM, Gumaro Cruz, Age 20, 805 S. State St. Lot 27, Pioneer, was arrested for Underage Consumption, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to CCNO.
On Monday, January 11, 2016 at 2:17 AM, Brandon L. Wilkes, Age 28, 846 E. Bryan St., Bryan, was arrested for OVI, Speed and Disobeying a Traffic Control Device. He was released.
On Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 4:16 PM, Joshua L. Miller, Age 27, 504 Old Farm Trail, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant while at Bryan Municipal Court for failing to appear. The original charge was Failing to File Income Taxes. Bond was posted and he was released.

WILLIAMS COUNTY SHERIFF
On January 10, 2016, Charles R. Allison, age 79, of Stryker, OH, was operating a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu traveling east on SR-34. He lost control of the vehicle, traveling left of center and off the left side of the roadway. He then struck a Sprint telephone box and a concrete wall before coming to a final rest. The vehicle was functional and there were no injuries. A citation was issued for Failure to Control.
On January 10, 2016, Walter B. Schwartzengraber, age 31, of Bryan, OH, was operating a 2009 Ford Fusion, traveling north on US-127. He lost control on the snow/ice covered roadway traveling off the right side of the roadway, striking the ditch, overturning, and coming to final rest in a field. There were no injuries and the matter remains under investigation.
On January 12, 2016, Michael D. Long, age 54, of Montpelier , OH, was operating a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling eastbound on US-20 and attempted to turn south onto CR-5. The vehicle slid on the ice/snow covered roadway, traveled off the southeast corner of the intersection, and struck a stop sign. Damage to the vehicle was minor and the matter remains under investigation.

FULTON COUNTY COMMON PLEAS
Two people were sentenced on January 12, 2016 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Shane Machala, 24, previously pled guilty to Breaking and Entering. On July 21, 2015, he entered the Pettisville School Recycling Center with the purpose to commit a theft offense. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Machala to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $250 fine, and serve 14 days in CCNO with work release. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Machala spending 11 months in prison.
Jo Mohn, 28, previously pled guilty to Breaking and Entering. On July 21, 2015, she entered the Pettisville School Recycling Center with the purpose to commit a theft offense. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Ms. Mohn to 1 year of community control and ordered her to pay prosecution costs, pay a $250 fine, and serve 12 days in CCNO with credit for time served, and seek and maintain employment. Failure to comply could result in Ms. Mohn spending 6 months in prison.
Three men were sentenced on January 13, 2015 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Jesus Arroyo, 31, of Delta, OH, previously pled guilty to Burglary. On July31, 2015, he entered a garage with the purpose to commit a criminal offense. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Arroyo to 2 years of community control and ordered him to be assessed for drug/alcohol/psychiatric counseling, and successfully complete all recommendations, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substance, serve 5 days in CCNO with credit for time served, have no contact with the victims, and be on electronic monitoring for 30 days. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Arroyo spending 2 years in prison.
Kyle March, 21, of Defiance, OH previously pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On May 6, 2015, he sold Methamphetamine. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. March to prison for 12 months, ordered to pay him restitution of $1,200 to the MAN Unit, and suspended his driver’s license for 6 months.
Christopher Ramos, 29, of Napoleon, OH, previously pled guilty to Theft. On June 17, 2015, he stole items from a business. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Ramos to prison for 10 months and ordered him to pay restitution of $1,542.70 to Walmart.
A Wauseon man was sentenced on January 13, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Kelly Moore, 38, previously pled guilty to Domestic Violence. On July 31, 2015, he caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Moore to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $500 fine, attend and successfully complete domestic violence counseling, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, serve 18 days in CCNO with credit for 4 days served, and seek and maintain employment. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Moore spending 12 months in prison.
A Fayette man was sentenced on January 15, 2016 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Nick Fonseca, III, 45, previously pled guilty to Trafficking in Drugs. On February 14, 2014, he sold Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Fonseca to 1 year of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs and court appointed counsel fees, pay restitution of $120 to the MAN Unit, attend and successfully complete the Changing Offender Behavior Program, serve 8 days in CCNO, and suspended his driver’s license for 6 months with privileges for work, treatment, and probation appointments. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Fonesca spending 10 months in prison.

FULTON COUNTY SHERIFF
Sheriff Roy Miller announced on January 12, 2016, Members of the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force assisted the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and the Archbold Police Department in executing arrest warrants stemming from drug investigations throughout Fulton County. The individuals arrested were indicted by a recent Fulton County Grand Jury, after cases were presented by Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
The individuals arrested include:
Ada Shaver, age 43, Delta, OH, for possession of Heroin, a Felony of the Fifth Degree; Sadie J. Shaver, age 21, Delta, OH, for Possession of Heroin, a Felony of the Fifth Degree; Dayvon W. Boston, age 21, Toledo, OH, for Trafficking in Heroin, a Felony of the Fifth Degree; Shawn D. O’Leary, age 29, of West Morenci, Lyons, OH, for Possession of Heroin, a Felony of the Fifth Degree; Henry W. Marksch, IV, age 27, Archbold, Ohio, for two counts Possession of Heroin, Felonies of the Fifth Degree; Ian Ruffer, age 26, of Wauseon, OH, for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a Felony of the Fourth Degree; Thomas H. Green, age 20, Delta, OH, for Trafficking in Marihuana, a Felony of the Fifth Degree; Jacob E. Olson, age 24, Ohio Department of Corrections, for Trafficking in Heroin, a Felony of the Fifth Degree; Gale Patrick Dickey, age 41, Ohio Department of Corrections, for Trafficking in Drugs, a Felony of the Second Degree; Michael L. Dominique, age 68, of Fayette, OH, for Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana, a Felony of the Fifth Degree.
Assisting with the arrests were the Wauseon police Department, Delta Police Department, Swanton Police Department, Fayette Police Department, Fulton County Dog Warden Fulton County Job and Family Services Child Protection Unit, Black Swamp Electronic Crimes Task Force, Ohio Attorney General’s Office BCI, and Defiance County Sheriff’s Office.

The Fulton County Crime Stopper Program would like your help in solving the following crimes:
Authorities are investigating the theft that occured at 11575 County Road F, Wauseon, Ohio. On December 7, 2015, suspect(s) pried open a door and entered the newly constructed home. Stolen was a 1000 square feet of hickory colored 5” wide Armstrong hardwood flooring, that was still boxed, and 18”x18” brown and gray square ceramic tile, which were still in boxes. The total value of this flooring is $7,300.
Authorities are also investigating a theft at 5225 County Road 1-2, Swanton, Ohio. Sometime between December 1, 2015 and December 18, 2015, a boat and locked cabin had been entered and the burglar(s) stole a Lowrance GPS, a ship to shore CB style radio, and a dozen custom rods and reels, three of which are a G Loomis black fishing rod, a St. Croix green fishing rod, and a black homemade fishing rod with a rainshadow sticker and J. Snyder under the clear-coat, above the handle. The value of these items are $2,703.
