FULTON COUNTY PROSECUTOR
The following individuals were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

•Antonio Washington, 40, of South Bend, IN, previously pleaded guilty to Attempted Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. He attempted to have a loaded firearm in his motor vehicle.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Washington to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, including court appointed counsel fees, pay a $250 fine, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, complete a mental health evaluation, and successfully complete any recommended treatment or aftercare, serve 10 days in CCNO, with credit for days already served.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Washington spending 9 months in prison.

•Samantha Hahn, age 21, of Wauseon. previously pled guilty to Attempted Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. Ms. Hahn attempted to sell a controlled substance.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Hahn to two years of community control. He ordered Ms. Hahn to pay prosecution costs; pay restitution in the amount of $90.00 to the MAN Unit; be assessed at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio for dual diagnosis and successfully complete any recommended treatment and aftercare; not enter bars and/or taverns; comply with an 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 am. curfew; and be assessed by the Fulton County Board of Developmental Disabilities and comply with any recommended treatment. Ms. Hahn received credit for 52 days served in jail.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Ms. Hahn serving 11 months in prison.
