Driver Indentified In Williams County Hit-Skip Crash Involving Horse-Drawn Buggy

(PRESS RELEASE) – The vehicle involved in a hit-skip crash on November 12, a white Chevrolet Silverado, has been located and the driver has been identified as Michael D. Quillen, 32, Bryan.

Thank you to the public for their tips that assisted in locating the vehicle and driver. This crash remains under investigation at this time.
