HAPPY COUPLE … Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Rasor of Cairo, Ohio are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Gail Rasor to Christropher Graber, son of Gloria and the late James Graber of Stryker, Ohio. Ms. Rasor, a graduate of Davis & Elkins College, is a dispatcher at the OSU Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Graber has attended TriState University, Northwest State Community College and the University of Northwestern Ohio and is currently a mechanic for TARTA Bus Systems in Toledo, Ohio. A December 1st wedding is planned at the Cairo United Methodist Church.
