Downtown Wauseon has a new store for shoppers to visit. Black Swamp Boots, located at 201 North Fulton Street, is a store that specializes in apparel.

Items inside the store include western boots and apparel, shoes, belts and buckles, purses and wallets, jewelry, accessories, kids clothing, and even concealed carry items.

The store has numerous brands of high quality which will continue to grow as time goes on. Some brands like ‘Merica and Howitzer are already in store with plans to bring in more brands and products such as Ariat Jeans sometime in the near future.

Owners James and Kristin Sayers explained that the whole idea of their store is to provide the customer with a great experience.

“Our goal is to make your shopping trip a truly exceptional experience. There isn’t a place in Fulton County to buy high quality boots, so we wanted to do something to bring high quality foot ware to Fulton County,” said James Sayers.

“This location is right in the heart of downtown Wauseon. All sorts of events are taking place downtown and we wanted to make sure we were part of a community,” continued Kristen Sayers.

The store has many different kinds of items for people of all ages. There is bound to be an item there for everyone whether you are looking for something casual, western, or patriotic.

You can visit the store this coming week starting on Friday, March 18th.

The store will be open Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with hours subject to change.

Following the start of the Wauseon Cruise Nights, the store will be open Tuesday nights from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. as well.
