Ruffer, Beamont Lead Stryker Past Pettisville 47-34 in Buckeye Border Conference Game

STRYKER – Parker Ruffer scored 12 and Dean Beamont added 11 points as Stryker rolled past the Pettisville Blackbirds 47-34 on January 10th in a Buckeye Border Conference match-up.

The Panthers broke fast out of the gate and seized a 13-6 first quarter advantage over Pettisville. Stryker increased the lead to 15 following a big third quarter 15-5 push and were never threatened from there.

Besides Ruffer’s 12 and Beamont’s 11, Luke Graber contributed 8 points to the Panther effort while Alic Martinez added 6, Hunter Clingaman 4, and Austin Robison and Tanner Clingaman 3.

For Pettisville, Tanner Rufenacht and Kurt Siegel each scored 8 points, David Reyes 6, Dominic Frey 5, Austin Dykstra 3, and Korben Rychner and Forest Stuckey with 2 apiece.
