Seth Abram Pic WEBOn Saturday, January 30 at 7:00 pm singer/songwriter Seth Abram will perform as part of the Carnegie Concert Series at the Bryan Main Library.

Seth Abram is a Bryan native who now resides in Nashville, TN. After discovering his talent for music at the age of 16, Seth began playing in churches, coffee shops, and fairs. This exposure built a grassroots following that has continually encouraged Mr. Abram to pursue his music. In the last decade Seth has had the honor of sharing the stage with Brandon Heath, Jason Castro, Shawn McDonald, Everyday Sunday, Sidewalk Prophets and many more. During these formative years Seth also developed his craft of songwriting, and in 2011, with funds raised from a Kickstarter campaign, released his debut album ‘Seth Abram.’ It was shortly after the release that Seth and his wife moved to Nashville. Music City inspired Abram’s second album ‘Hold On,’ which combines a little bit of Motown, a dash of pop, and a lot of soul. The album was released in 2013. Today Seth remains an independent artist, who plays across the US, and who recently released his third album ‘Leave It All Behind.’

The Carnegie Concert Series was created by Williams County Public Library as a way to showcase newer talent, both local and nationwide. The series has already featured talented musicians such as Dakota Dave Hall, Whitney Mann, Kerry Patrick Clark, and Jeremy Ayers. These events have limited seating so the library encourages attendees to arrive early. Doors will open half an hour before each show at 6:30 p.m. and will lock at 7:00 pm out of courtesy to the performer. All of the concerts are free to the public and are funded through donations. With Seth Abram’s expansive vocal range and exceptional guitar playing skills, this is one performance you don’t want to miss!

Seth’s concert will take place in the Carnegie area of the Main Library, and his CD’s will be available to purchase. Additional acts in the Carnegie Concert Series will be added as they become available. Interested performers should email carnegieconcertseries@gmail.com or call the library 419-636-6734 Ext. 239. The Bryan Main Library is located at 107 E. High Street.
