BRYAN, OHIO-Archbold held Bryan without a field goal in the second and fourth quarter as they rolled to a 52-20 NWOAL win.

Bryan got on the board first with a Decota Shaw bucket inside, but it didn’t take long for Archbold to answer back.

The Archbold onslaught continued in the second quarter with another triple by Roth, Noah Gomez added a three-pointer, and Ashton Kammeyer scored twice as Archbold surged to a 25-4 lead at halftime.

The Golden Bears were 0/7 from the field in the second quarter and finished the half just 2/12.

The Bryan (2-9, 0-2 in NWOAL) offense got on track in the third quarter with six points from Titus Rohrer and they were 4/9 shooting with a pair of triples, but the Bluestreaks still had a comfortable 35-16 entering the final quarter.

Archbold closed out the game with a 17-4 fourth quarter as Roth had two buckets while Trey Theobald and Brady Johns each added a three-pointer.

The Archbold defense continued to be the story by forcing three turnovers and limiting Bryan to 0/6 from the floor in the quarter.
