Wauseon 5 Archbold 0
Wauseon (5-4, 2-0 in NWOAL) scored four runs in the first and Connar Penrod shut down the Archbold bats as the Indians moved to 2-0 in the NWOAL. Penrod allowed just five Archbold (7-3, 0-2) hits while recording eight strikeouts in his seven innings on the mound. DJ Newman had a single and double for the Bluestreaks while Brandon Taylor added two singles.
Evergreen 3 Patrick Henry 2
The Patriots tied the game in the top of the seventh, but Ashton Sayers was the hero for the Vikings in the bottom of the inning as he smacked a walk-off RBI single to right to lift Evergreen (5-4, 2-0 in NWOAL) to a 3-2 NWOAL win. Sayers finished the night with three hits and Landen Vance went the distance on the mound to get the win for Evergreen.
Bryan 10 Liberty Center 0 (5 inn.)
Breven Deckrosh was 1-2 with a double and three RBIs to help Bryan (4-6, 2-0 in NWOAL) to a 10-0 mercy rule win over the visitors from Liberty Center. Nolan Kidston added a 2-3 night with two RBIs for the Golden Bears and Quinn Brown was 1-3 and drove in a pair of runs.
Swanton 9 Delta 8
The Bulldogs rallied from an 8-2 hole in their last at bat with Garrett Swank driving in the winning run for Swanton with a single to center. Drew Smigelski added a four-hit and two RBI night for Swanton who overcame five errors. Max Hoffman had a triple and two RBIs for the Panthers and Chase Stickley had a double and single.
Tinora 17 Edgerton 0 (5 inn.)
Already leading 7-0, the Rams (9-2, 3-0 in GMC) put the game away with six runs in the fourth inning of a GMC win over Edgerton (5-8, 0-3). Noah Landel was 1-2 and Caleb Schlie went 1-1 for the Bulldogs.
Montpelier 33 Fayette 0 (5 inn.)
Blake Altaffer pitched a perfect game and struck out 14 of the 15 batters he faced in Montpelier’s 33-0 blowout win over Fayette (0-4, 0-4 in BBC). Altaffer also led the Locos (9-1, 6-0) offense by going 4-6 with a home run, double and eight RBIs. Collin Crisenbery was also 4-6 for Montpelier and batted in six runs.

Pettisville 23 Stryker 3 (5 inn)
Seven different Blackbirds tallied RBIs led by Blake Eyer with three to pace Pettisville (6-2, 3-1 in BBC) to a 23-3 win over Stryker. Josh Horning went 3-4 for Pettisville while Eyer along with Jake King and Isaac St. John had two hits each. Joseph Ramon had a pair of hits for the Panthers (0-7, 0-6) with Payton Woolace, Devon Miller, and Cameron Wonders each adding an RBI.
North Central 17 Edon 0 (5 inn.)
Just four of North Central’s 17 runs were earned thanks to eight Edon (1-10, 1-4 in BBC) errors as the Eagles got a 17-0 BBC win. Zack Hayes had a big night hitting for the Eagles (7-3, 4-1) as he went 4-4 with two triples and drove in six runs. Cole Vasquez, Connor Towers, Chris Joice, and Caden Nester each had a single for the Bombers.

After Archbold tied the game 3-3 in the third inning, the Indians responded with two runs in the third and two in the fourth to earn an 8-5 NWOAL win. Macee Schang, Chelsie Raabe, Jayli Vasquez (both doubles), and Olivia Gigax each had two hits for Wauseon (10-2, 2-0 in NWOAL) with Schang and Vasquez adding two RBIs apiece. Schang, who got the complete game win, hit a solo home run in the sixth to ice the game. Kylie Sauder doubled twice and had two RBIs for the Bluestreaks (4-4, 0-2) with Reagan Kohler also adding two runs batted in.
Bryan 4 Liberty Center 2

Addie Arnold racked up 17 strikeouts and Bryan fought back from down 2-1 to get the win and remain undefeated on the year. Scout Smith led the Bears (9-0, 2-0 in NWOAL offensively by going 1-3 with a single and two RBIs.
Evergreen 11 Patrick Henry 1 (5 inn.)
The Vikings pounded out 15 hits in the game and put up seven runs in the third inning of a 11-1 win over Patrick Henry. Kennedy Coolman homered for Evergreen with Marissa VanDenk, Macy Chamberlin, and Lexie Thibodeaux each adding three hits. Evergreen (5-3, 2-0 in NWOAL) was led in RBIs by Skylee Raker with four on the night.
Swanton 20 Delta 2 (5 inn.)
Brie Williams had three hits and three RBIs while Rachel Waszak also knocked in three runs to lead Swanton (8-1, 1-1 in NWOAL) to a mercy rule win over Delta. Katie Friess has two singles for Delta (0-9, 0-2) and Reagan Rouleau recorded a single and double.

Montpelier 22 Fayette 1 (5 inn.)
Jessi Bumb had three hits drove in six runs as the Locos (4-5, 4-1 in BBC) rolled to the win over Fayette. Ashley Caudill tallied two hits and three RBIs for Montpelier, who was able to take advantage of nine errors by the Eagles. Kyla Berg singled to drive in a run in the first inning for Fayette (0-4, 0-4).
North Central 19 Edon 3 (5 inn.)
A scoreless game after three innings turned into a blowout with North Central (5-6, 3-2 in BBC) scoring six runs in the fourth and 13 in the fifth to pull away for a 19-3 win. Darbi Stewart led the Eagles at the plate with three hits, four RBIs and Alexia Miller had a home run and four runs knocked in. Mallory Wofford led Edon (0-6, 0-5) with two hits and Meghan Derck added two RBIs.
Stryker 13 Pettisville 4

Stryker raced to a 9-0 lead after three innings on their way to handing Pettisville (4-3, 3-1 in BBC) their way to giving the Blackbirds their first BBC loss of the year. Brooke Collins paced the Stryker (2-4, 2-2) attack with a single, double, and a triple while Caitlyn Lyons had two RBIs. Taylor Boger, Allie King, and Angie Rosillo had one hit each for Pettisville in the loss.
Tinora 9 Edgerton 1
The Rams took control with three runs in the fourth and three more in the fifth to get the GMC win. Rylei Moreno went 2-3 for Edgerton (6-8, 2-1 in GMC) with a single and double.

Wauseon won all five matches by scores of 6-0, 6-0 as they swept Ayersville. Riley Morr, Noah Becker, and Carson Wenger got wins in singles while Lance Rupp/Dylan Grahn and Levi Short/Gavin Van Deilen captured wins in doubles play.
Ottawa-Glandorf 3 Bryan 2
Both doubles matches went three sets with undefeated Ottawa-Glandorf getting the win in 2nd Doubles to pullout a 3-2 win over Bryan. The Golden Bears earned a win in 1st Singles with Jay Fortner getting a 6-0, 6-0 victory and 1st Doubles as Carter Brown/Nathan Hess got a 5-7, 6-1, 6-3 win.
