(September 29th, 2014)-HOLGATE: Taking a break from Buckeye Border Conference play, Stryker traveled to challenge the Holgate on the Lady Tigers’ own court.
Even with a decent showing, the Lady Panthers were still bested in straight sets by the Tigers. Losing back to back games 18-25, the Stryker girls tried to regroup in the hopes of extending the match. They were unable to do so, however, dropping the third game 15-25.
Maddie Uribes gave the Panthers 4 assists and 2 kills. Adding 4 aces and 2 kills, Sierra Walters was a bright spot for Stryker as well. Brittany Breier contributed 3 kills to the losing effort.
