(October 4th, 2014)-AYERSVILLE: In a duel of junior varsity teams, Stryker did battle with the Pilots of Ayersville.
It took three intensity-laden sets, but the Lady Panthers were able to wrestle away a victory from Ayersville. The series began with a loss for Stryker, who fell 18-25 in game 1. Game 2 saw the Panthers mount a comeback, taking the set 25-21. In the mandated third set, both teams fought ferociously, but the girls of Stryker were able to claim a 25-22 win to take the match.
