Recently, Swanton Village Council approved the suspension of Fire Chief Howard Myers pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 733.37. The Village of Swanton and Howard Myers reached an agreement whereby Mr. Myers’ agrees to be separated from all employment with the Village. As this is a personnel matter, the Village of Swanton has no further comments.
