A Swanton, Ohio man was sentenced on February 15, 2019 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

Nathan W. Jewell, age 30, previously pled guilty to Domestic Violence and Violating a Protection Order. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about July 18, 2018 and July 19, 2018, Mr. Jewell caused physical harm to a family or household member and violated the terms of a protection order.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Jewell to three years of community control. He ordered Mr. Jewell to serve 150 days in CCNO with credit for time served; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; successfully complete the SEARCH Program; and have no contact with the victims.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Jewell serving 16 months in prison.
