Former Swanton resident, Jeff Schultz, new owner of the Ice Cream Crossing, cuts the ribbon for the re-opening of the business on 95 S. Main St. in Swanton. Standing on “Chef” Jeff’s left are Chef Michelle Skaggs and Chris Adams and on his right are Swanton Schools Superintendent Jeff Schlade and Swanton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Neil Toeppe. In addition to many delicious ice cream offerings, the restaurant will have a large food menu specializing in barbeque items. Mr. Schultz will also be running his Switchback Catering business from this location as well. Hours of operation will be daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
