TAAC FOOTBALL: Edon Overcomes Early Deficit To Defeat Ottawa Hills, 34-12

EDON – Edon stayed unbeaten in the Toledo Area Athletic Conference as the Bombers defeated Ottawa Hills, 34-12.

Briggs Gallehue threw for 204 yards and three touchdowns leading the Bombers (5-1, 3-0 TAAC). Two of his scoring passes went to Parker Meyer and the other one to Eli Dickmann.

Dickmann hauled in eight passes for 49 yards. Kendol Brigle had four catches for 43 yards and Meyer had two grabs for 20 yards. Gage Nester had 43 yards rushing on seven carries.

Edon had a 295-273 edge in total statistics. They had 91 yards rushing and 204 passing while Ottawa Hills totaled 69 yards rushing and 204 through the air.

Ottawa Hills fell to 2-4 overall and 1-2. The Bombers travel to Whiteford, Michigan (5-1, 3-0 TAAC) on Friday while Ottawa Hills visits Montpelier (3-3, 2-1 TAAC).
