Ten Indicted By Henry County Grand Jury

(PRESS RELEASE) – Gwen Howe-Gebers, Henry County Prosecuting Attorney, recently announced the following individuals were indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury on November 27, 2024.

Those indicted included:

-ZACHARY JIMINEZ, 32, Napoleon, for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-TIFFANY DODGE, 30, Toledo, for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drugs.

-DEION AUSTIN, 28, Montpelier, for Theft and Safecracking.


-MARIO ESTRADA, JR., 47, Wauseon, for Disrupting Public Services, Domestic Violence, and Cruelty to Companion Animals.

-BRANDON SWICK, 37, Holgate, for Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound and Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle.

-TRAVIS WURZ, 28, Swanton, for Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer and Obstructing Official Business.


-DAMIAN LEWIS, 26, Bowling Green, for Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer and Obstructing Official Business.

-TRACY KURE, 43, McClure, Aggravated Possession of Drugs

-JENISE JAI WINNIE, 24, Sherwood, for Telecommunications Harassment and Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images.


-TORRENCE HICKS, JR., 28, Defiance, on two counts of Cruelty to Companion Animals and one count of Cruelty to Companion Animals.
