Tyson Kenneth Hooser, age 42, of Treasure Island, Florida, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020. He was born in West Unity, Ohio, on March 5, 1978, to Kenny Hooser (Judy Bowers) of Bryan, Ohio, and Jane (Short) Krauska (Andy) of The Villages, Florida.
He is survived by his grandmother, Suzanne Short, several aunts and uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Mercy Schultz; and his grandfather, Gerald Short; and an uncle; and numerous aunts and cousins.
He graduated from Bloomingdale Senior High School in Valrico, Florida, in 1996 with a full scholarship to the University of Florida where he studied environmental science and graduated with honors in 2002. He later moved to Chicago where he worked as a project manager for Alliance Disaster Kleanup. In 2017 he moved back to Florida to his current address where he started his own business, TKH, in disaster cleanup.
He was a very fun-loving and caring person who enjoyed being with family and friends and loved to dance, fish and play cards. He was passionate about nature, politics and basketball and was a big Florida Gators and Chicago Bears fan.
Our loving son is now in God’s arms. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
